Hi, I am Melanie Hinton and author of this blog. I recently began my empty nesting journey in August 2024. There have been a lot of upheavals, advice, mistakes and challenges during this time, but through it all with humor, some wine and a great village I am making it through.
I hope you enjoy my journey and can learn a few tips and tricks that no one ever shared with me. But the number one thing to remember, everyone’s journey is different. Mine is not the same as yours, just please don’t judge me.
